Quads are still shot. I feel like someone has taken to them with a hammer. Just an 8km jog today with Quentin, Dickyboy and Jason. Tried to do some heel kicks to stretch the thighs but it just made me cry.
Couple of photos added from Six Foot. I tried very hard not to mince my way across the river but it looks as though I failed again.
