Monday meandering

Arrived a bit late with LF Charlie coming soon after so we headed off together for the usual Monday route. Charlie seemed keen on keeping the pace honest but I was feeling pretty good again so it was comfortable. Eventually bumped into MC, Clyde and Kanser along Hickson Road so turned around and ran back with them. 13.58km in 58:15 (4:17's).
