Hangover city

Run home. Felt great after getting rid of an aching stitch which I felt was due to my liver being pickled. Probably around 57:30 ish. Have taken to not timing my runs and just enjoying it.

Getting some practice in for the Dinner I see. How is the pool practice going? Or will pool shark Tim prevail this year?
