Kirst fell asleep post surgery so squeezed in a run from the Mater. Bumped into the squad for a bit chatting to Bart, Andy and Mat K. 14km slow with my right knee a bit sore.
Glad to hear the good news about Kirst. Flying to Berlin tomorrow morning and uncertain about the marathon as I've not run for 2 weeks following a thigh strain. Shame you won't be there as I was looking forward to running our first race together ! Will try and spot the Oz boys on Sunday and introduce myself.
