Just an easy 14.5km with Ray, Kanser and Kaley. Paranoid about antibiotics, chicken-pox and my right knee for Sunday. Otherwise getting pretty pumped for it.
Your knee will be fine but not sure about the pox. Cyclists are very funny about antibiotics and affecting performance but not sure there has been scientific testing. Have a great run stick it up that Mother of a hill and keep it real on the way down. Hope you can run a PB.
