Very easy run home untimed as I forgot my watch. Felt very tired though. Yesterday has scarred me.
Other exciting news of the day is that I have a new office at work. And I now share. So no more intimate phone calls or days spent surfing the net. Arse.

Why are they making a partner share an office? Sorry, I realise that's probably the least interesting part of your running blog, but the running parts make more sense.
It's probably a hint. I'd negotiate your leaving package now before you find youself in the broom cupboard.
I was given the option of sharing with a grad so took it. It means I get a nice big corner office where I can install my bar fridge.
