Easy Monday

Usual Monday route with MC, Dougall, King James, Rob, LF Charlie, Kanser, Dicky H, Gerry and others. Very easy today covering the 15.8km in 1:10:36 (4:28's). Quicker in the second half. Legs very tired though.
