14km run home from work. Full of running to start with when I couldn't help but go quickly - 29:30 at Toyota Garage. Slowed down in the second half particularly on the hills when the backpack with shoes in started to weigh me down. 56:05 all up. Great weather - cool, plenty of rain and a mostly following wind.

I'm looking forward to being able to run in a couple of weeks time when I finally lose the plaster from my arm !!
Heard this weekend that Katie is in Istanbul with her godmother - I can't believe how spoilt our little sister is !
Oh yes - I forgot to add that apart from the photos, the blog is still as boring as ever. Well done for not letting standards slip !
